Scope and implementation
Since 2022, I have supported Mediaflex-UMS systems at TransMedia Dynamics Ltd. I work across customer environments with different configurations, providing L1/L2 troubleshooting, investigating integration issues and coordinating fixes with development. My responsibilities also include customer training and on-site system reviews.
Media systems and integrations
Mediaflex manages digital and physical media assets and their associated workflows. The technical environment includes Telestream Vantage, Harmonic Omneon and Mediagenix WHATS’ON integrations, storage and archive systems, and on-premises and OCI infrastructure alongside the MAM platform.
